I'm a farm girl from the Pacific Northwest now transplanted in the beautiful Sonoran Desert. I love all things gardening and transforming what we grow into delicious, sometimes whimsical dishes for family and friends. I was diagnosed 14 years ago with a rare autoimmune disease called Behcets, it's been a long journey but with the help of the most loving husband and amazing doctors, especially naturopathic we're learning what an enormous role a gluten free diet along with organic fruits and vegetables play in maintaining a healthy balance.
